A: For our white teas, we recommend brewing them in a Gaiwan (traditional Chinese Steeping Cup). Place 2-3 grams of tea in the Gaiwan, and steep for 2-3 minutes at around 180-190 degrees, repeat 2-3 times for a total of 4 infusions. These are just guidelines to get you started. Feel free to play around with quantity of leaves, steeping time and temperature to find the perfect balance for your own taste buds.
